"The Frog (and Toad!) Days of Summer"

What a fun event! The weekend started out sunny, cooled to overcast, but the rain held off until the very end of Sunday. We sent many wonderful frogs and toads to new homes, and we enjoyed frog cookies and "electric green froggy lemonade!" But the highlight of the weekend had to be "The Balloon Man" and Cindy Loo's "Fabulous Face Painting." We had no idea just how fantastic they were going to be! To everyone who posed for pictures of your ballooned and face-painted selves, you can find them on this page as promised. A big thank-you to all who shared our "Frog Days" weekend with us! Please note: We believe that we asked the parent or supervising adult accompanying each child for permission to post their pictures on our site. If anyone whose photograph is posted here wishes to have their image removed, please email us, and we will remove it. Thank you.

Despite appearances, it wasn't only girls who had fun being painted and ballooned-- It's just that the boys didn't want to stand still to be photographed! We had one young man painted into a frightful skull face. And another, whose mom hates snakes, had his arm decorated with... what else, but a spiraling black serpent! We also had a couple of folks inquire about bringing The Balloon Man and Cindy Loo to their own parties. We have no affiliation with these artists, but they added so much to our event that we are more than happy to provide them with an excellent reference.
